You take a 60-second quiz about how you like to puzzle. They match you from a library of 1,300+ puzzles across 40+ premium brands, so you keep getting things you would never have picked off a store shelf.
Every puzzle that comes back gets tumbled, air dried, disinfected with UVC light, run through HEPA filtration, and then counted by hand. Any puzzle missing a piece is retired, not passed along.
Shipping is free both ways and there is no limit on how many you go through. Most members finish 2 to 3 a month. Buying those outright runs about $74 with shipping. Membership starts at $28.
